  • Develop mobile catalogue with Flutter, Dart and Cloud Firestore for client-side business.
  • Implemented UI, data loading from Firestore, image and file caches, and advanced search system.
  • Developed external Python tools to generate, update, and download Firestore data in multiple formats.

Melra's Wish (C#, Unity, JSON, YAML, Python)

July 2020 - present

Independent narrative stealth 2D game being developed in Unity within a two-person team.

  • Co-designed game concept, user experience and game loop.
  • Designed and coded save system that records game status at any point during gameplay.
  • Programmed NPC dialogue system with simulated speech-like pauses.
  • Developed spawning, recording, and behaviour of NPCs and object.
  • Provided pixel animations, backgrounds and character portraits created in Aseprite.
  • Composing original soundtrack with FL Studio 12.

Gallinarbage (C#, Unity)

October 2018

Independent 2D mobile game developed in Unity with C#.

  • Designed and programmed gameplay, HUD, menus, and animations.

Tower Defender (C++, UE4)

August - Sept. 2018

3D Tower Defense game developed independently with Unreal Engine 4. Developed mainly in C++, with additional Blueprinting and AI trees.

  • Developed enemy AI with dynamic pathing and a wave-spawning system.
  • Created two types of defense tower that can be placed by the player based on a resource system.
  • Hitscan first-person shooting style.

Pinwheel Asteroids (C++)

January 2017

Solo 2D game developed in C++ for Ubisoft’s NXTShowcase.

  • Designed and developed game and interface using the provided GLUT graphical tools.

Blinq (C#, Unity)

January - April 2016

3D platformer game developed in a team of seven using the Unity Engine and C#. Blinq was featured in the 2016 instance of the annual Level Up Showcase.

  • Designed and programmed state-based enemy AI, various interactive features, menus, and tutorials.
  • Worked with 3D artists to attach character animations to gameplay.
  • Produced design documents and conducted playtesting.

Traffic Jam (C++, UE4)

July 2015

2D Game prototype developed with Unreal Engine 4 in C++.

  • Planned and programmed car-jam simulation AI.
  • Produced and integrated digital graphics and animations.
